For an initial consultation, the following information is helpful:
- Cadastral code and location
- Plot area and registered land designation
- Available title documents and known encumbrances
- Expected sale terms and timeline

03 / Buyer eligibility
Land category matters to sellers too.
If a plot is legally classified as agricultural land, the buyer's eligibility must be considered. Foreign individuals generally face restrictions on direct acquisition, subject to exceptions under Georgian law.
Confirm the registered status.
Even a plot with a house may have agricultural designation. Check title, designation and restrictions before marketing a site to prospective purchasers.
